Italian divers on Monday suspended the search for a still undetermined missing the call because there are still 29 people on the wreck of the "Costa Concordia" in front of the Italian island of Giglio, where authorities fear an ecological disaster.

Bad weather can complicate recovery of fuel, though so far not been poured, but Monday saw the first spots of an oily film around the ship, without having been able to determine whether it is fuel.

A team of experts from the Dutch company Smit & Salvage and Salvage Titan U.S. company came to the island to study solutions and has ordered the installation of panels or filters to deal with a possible oil spill.

Clini Minister and many environmentalists have proposed to prohibit the passage of these mammoth ships through sensitive areas, including the Grand Canal in Venice and the Tuscan Archipelago.
